I can’t fit the linkage wear plates into my set up.. any advice to that? Maybe damage upon shipping to bent the linkage so they aren’t fitting?

I think this is more so to distribute the load between two outlets instead of using the single 30/15 adapter. Youre still only geting 15amps but its splitting it over two outlets so it might not cook the one as fast..

That's not how this works, 15 amps at the outlet will still get you 15 amps to the converter, this is misleading marketing...

Which hitch do I need? Do I go by tongue weight or trailer weight? Is it possible to have too heavy of a hitch .... or too light?

Watch out for the ones that connectors aren’t hard mounted to a fitting. I noticed my connection on one was slipping on the connection to the right angle dump.

What is the socket size needed for the two bolts that need to be tightened to 260 ft-lb.

Can I put it on a mower

The video is useless in several ways. My instructions state 1/8' for every 100lb. of tongue weight. My truck, 2023 Silverado 2500HD High Country and 2022 GD 315RLTS. RV has 1190 tongue weight. 1190/100=11.9 11.9x.125"=1.4875" Video states 1"....problem! Demonstartor torques bolts to 260ft.lb. BEFORE checking and adjusting the spring bar angles. Problem! Instructions do not say anything about measuring the trucks normal height at the rear wheel opening. Problem! Very confusing and unnecessarily so IMO. Do we follow this guy or the paper instructions provided? My dealer didn't know what he was doing and now I see why.

This is great, but the r3 i have has numbered od shaped metal pieces that do not sit right. Would be nice to see it set up

What in the world is this. Unless your duplex outlet has two 115v wires rated for 15amp each in the same box going to top and bottom of the receptacle is the only way this is working. Unless there is magic involved im confused lol

Good to know. I didn't hook up one correctly, since it was a medical emergency and subsequently I had to tow without any knowledge on how to hook up a distribution hitch. Trailer started whipping on the hiway and scared the heck outta me. I haven't towed since. But with this video, it helps immensely. Thanks!

Why does no one show how to do the adjustment of these when you do the initial installation?

As everyone else here has indicated, it's not as easy as the video makes out, but it can be done! Heating and trimming the edge does nothing, by the way. If, however, after you slide on one side, you use a piece of duct tape to hold it on, you'll make progress. Keep adding an additional strip of tape across the joint as you pull parts of the hose onto the connector. Soon you've made it all the way around and you can remove the tape and tighten your clamp.

These stink. Don't waste your money. Rubber friction pad looked like a honeycomb cookie cutter and split in half on first try. There was not enough grip i am assuming due to the cheap plastic they are made from. Not pleased!

There needs to be better INSTALLATION videos for the R3. The Camco goes through it to quickly and should be re-done IMO

I love these, but foolishly forgot to mark which is Left and which is Right when I took them off my car. Which is the one that's more convex, and which is more flat?

I found the hose connection and the valve are garbage. I made my own that is far superior in every way.

My comment is that I can't even comment how unsafe this is...can't even believe this is an approved item for sale in the US based on Electricians code. Like LEGIT this isn't right!

Unless your outlet is wired in a very unique way separated on 2 circuits, it will still only provide 15 amps of service.

Instead of including instructions for users (who may be at locations with poor service...), instead of even a QR code to WRITTEN instructions, you expect all users to have pristine Internet connection to buffer a VIDEO about how to use your product they purchased. Seriously? No foresight that users might be away from connectivity while vacationing? Zero awareness or knowledge of users. Saving pennies on an included instruction booklet just to make you look like you have no idea how or where this product is to be used.

Only problem I see is if you're by yourself how do you know how far to pull forward without pulling too far and steep dropping off the other side? That's a 6 inch drop that could cause damage to the flat rim and other things
